Doubleback is an estate-focused Cabernet Sauvignon project started by Drew Bledsoe when he returned to Walla Walla in 2007 after his retirement from the NFL. Producing world-class Cabernet Sauvignon from his hometown has been a long-time aspiration that allows Drew to combine his passion for fine wine and the love of the Walla Walla Valley. To make this dream a reality, Drew hired Walla Walla native Josh McDaniels, now CEO & Director of Winemaking at Doubleback and Bledsoe Family Winery. Josh began making wine at a young age at Leonetti and Figgins Family and has been named a “Game Changer” of Washington wine by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Josh works along side Drew to take Doubleback to new heights.
