Brook & Bull wines are hand-crafted from vine to bottle, made with small fruit lots sourced from carefully tended vineyards . From alcohol to acid, phenolics to tannin, balance is always our goal. Our reds tend to age nicely through year eight, while whites and roses trend closer to the three to four-year mark.
