Together, we fulfilled one dream—it was an honor and privilege to serve our country as Air Force pilots for more than 23 years. Now we are thankful for the opportunity to pursue a second dream—to cultivate, create and share the wines we love. Aluvé is a boutique Estate Vineyard and Winery where you’ll meet us, JJ and Kelly Menozzi, the owners and winemakers personally pouring our latest vintage for you. The focus of our production is small lots of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Bordeaux blends from the vineyard that surrounds our home. Located in the picturesque foothills of the Blue Mountains, our higher elevation cooler climate site produces unique and beautifully balanced wines. Less than 1,500 cases produced.
