WHAT'S NEW IN 2025

1. THE NEW MODEL
   Bellevue, Portland and Spokane events will feature a Sunday evening consumer session and a Monday morning trade & media session. Boise will have the same schedule, plus an additional Monday evening consumer session.
2. BOTTLE SALES
   A sales opportunity will return in Bellevue and Spokane. More details to come.

COMPLIANCE

Compliance needs for each city vary. Please ensure your winery fulfills the requirements each city you’re registered for.  Class 8 permits and Certificates of Insurance are due December 1 to [email protected]. Pouring permits for each city are due prior to the event.

1. Name of distributor OR a copy of your self-distribution permit. Oregon requires wine to be delivered by a distributor to the venue unless you hold a self-distribution permit.

WWOT Boise, The Grove Hotel | March 2 & 3, 2025

2. The Boise Police Department requires that anyone who sells, serves, or mixes alcohol in Boise’s city limits must complete an alcohol server training course. There are four approved online courses to choose from. Certificates are good for three years.* Please send copies before the event

WWOT Spokane, Spokane Convention Center | April 13 & 14, 2025

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Participating wineries are required by the Wine Alliance’s commercial policy holder, Western National Mutual, to hold a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each On Tour Event and list the WWVWA as an additional insured. Participating wineries must provide proof of General Coverage, including Liquor Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000, naming Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance as additional insured for the On Tour Dates you are participating.

If your insurance renews before an event, please send us your certificate then.

Please request the following verbiage from your insurance agent, edited with the events you are participating in: “Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance is additional insured with respect to: On Tour Bellevue to be held February 2 & 3 2025 @ Meydenbauer Center, 1100 NE 6th St, Bellevue, WA; On Tour Portland to be held February 23 & 24, 2025 @ The Redd on Salmon, 831 SE Salmon St, Portland, OR; On Tour Boise, held March 2 & 3, 2025 @ The Grove Hotel, 45 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID, and On Tour Spokane to be held April 13 & 14, 2025 @ The Spokane Convention Center, 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA”
