Compliance needs for each city vary. Please ensure your winery fulfills the requirements each city you’re registered for. Class 8 permits and Certificates of Insurance are due Sunday, December 1 to [email protected]. Pouring permits for each city are due prior to the event.

2. The Boise Police Department requires that anyone who sells, serves, or mixes alcohol in Boise’s city limits must complete an alcohol server training course. There are four approved online courses to choose from. Certificates are good for three years.WWOT Spokane, Spokane Convention Center | April 13 & 14, 2025

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Participating wineries are required by the Wine Alliance’s commercial policy holder, Western National Mutual, to hold a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each On Tour Event and list the WWVWA as an additional insured. Participating wineries must provide proof of General Coverage, including Liquor Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000, naming Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance as additional insured for the On Tour Dates you are participating.
If your insurance renews before an event, please send us your certificate then.
