EVENT INFORMATION

TICKETS & EVENT ENTRY

Please bring your printed or digital Eventbrite tickets to the event. If you cannot locate your ticket or lose them during the weekend, we will be able to admit you with the name on your reservation.

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttles have been arranged to transport guests to and from The Courtyard by Marriott, The FINCH, and Marcus Whitman Hotel for Thursday’s Vintage Pour at Walla Walla Vintners. Guests will be picked up and dropped off at the north entrance of The Marcus Whitman Hotel (near the Explorer Ballroom), as well as at the main entrances of The Courtyard by Marriott and The FINCH.

Transportation is not provided to and from events that are within walking distance. You can view the full transportation schedule HERE.

ATTIRE

We encourage you to be comfortable for this immersive wine event. We refer to it as Wine Country Casual, but don’t want to inhibit your individual style. Wear what makes you happy!
Please note that some portions of the event will take place in active production facilities – we recommend sensible shoes.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Out of respect for our winery hosts, and their winemaking process, please leave pets at home. In compliance with Washington State Law RCW.60.218 and the Walla Walla County Health Department, pets cannot be inside seating areas, tasting rooms or in kitchens. Pets are allowed outside. Service animals are allowed inside seating areas and tasting rooms; emotional support animals do not qualify.
